Any payments due for streams, digital sales and downloads will be communicated to you in a monthly email report. If you do not receive any email regarding this then that means no payments are due. You can also keep check of how much sales and streams you have made in your dashboard.
You can contact us if you see you have any money outstanding in your account and we would be more than happy to help.
If you have used a distributor to get your music on the site then they will contact you directly regarding any payments due.
Uploading music can be done by clicking âUploadâ in the top left hand corner of the screen.
1. Click âupload singleâ or âupload albumâ.
2. Upload a image for the song, be sure to include the title, description, tags, genre, whether to allow downloads or not, and if you want to charge a price for the song.
Charging a price for the song will mean users can only listen to a short snippet (preview) of the song before they have to purchase it. Allowing downloads will allow Pro members to download the track if they want to listen to it offline.
Please note: Free accounts only allow approximately 8 or 9 songs to be uploaded. After this, you may not have anymore space and so you may have problems uploading. If this is the case you can upgrade to Pro membership or contact us for help.
There is a menu text reading 'Upgrade to Pro', click on this and you can upgrade and cancel anytime. Alternatively, you should be able to see the 'Upgrade' botton in the corner of the feed page when you are logged in or you can contact us and we would be happy to help.
